Growing CHILLIES :))

They are the most beautiful ornaments for your garden.
You are a new Gardner, this plant is just for you.
As I said in my last post… one doesn’t need to buy chili seeds to plant a beautiful chili plant.
You buy red dry chili for your cooking. Right? Well In India everyone does 😉
Take the chili break it in to half.. take out the seeds.

I had put them straight in a big pot.. to germinate them. Throw the seeds on the normal soil.. add little compost.. spread the seeds and cover with thin layer of soil on top. And in one week… Here you go 🙂

That is it! Best part about growing chillies is your work is done. They need no care at all after that.
Just keep in mind –
They love Sun.
In a heat like Mumbai, they need to be watered twice a day.
Bigger the pot, bigger the plant.

And in another 10 days..

After this stage, I started shifted them in different pots. 

I even grew some Dill (herb) with them.. They love each other company. 🙂

This is how my Chili plant looks like right now.. the flowers have started to bloom.

Now in few weeks the flowers will die and plant will start to produce fruits.
